Whitby Rainbow Colour Run

Run, jog, walk or skip through a colourful experience along the scenic West Cliff route at Whitby Beach. The Whitby Rainbow Colour Run is a non-competitive event with a distance suitable for children of all ages.

Event Details

  • Date: Sunday 26th October 2025 at 12:00 Noon
  • Location: Whitby Beach, West Cliff
  • Distance: Approximately 2 kilometres (roughly 1 km each direction from West Pier along West Cliff beach)

Ticket Prices

  • Adults & Over 12s: £15
  • Children (Under 12s): £10
  • Family (2 Adults & 2 Children): £30

Tickets available via Eventbrite, The Whitby Pet Shop (15 Station Square), or at the registration tent on event day.

What's Included

  • White t-shirt for colour splatter protection
  • Whitby Seafoods branded sunglasses
  • Packet of powdered paint for the warm-up

Schedule

  • Registration opens: 11:00
  • Registration closes: 12:00
  • Warm-up: 12:00–12:10
  • Run starts: 12:10

Safety & Logistics

  • The powdered paint is non-toxic and made from corn starch
  • Water provided post-event
  • No on-site toilets; nearest facilities on Pier Road
  • Parking available at West Cliff car parks or Marina/Endeavour Wharf

All proceeds support local charities including WISH Foundation, Pannett Park, and RNLI.
