Whitby Beer Festival 2026

Celebrating its 15th year, the Whitby Beer Festival returns in 2026 featuring over 30 of the very best artisan ales, boutique beers and scrumptious ciders from award-winning local and regional independent brewers.

The selection includes pale ales, IPAs, bitters, blonds, goldens, dark milds and porters, plus traditional scrumpy, dry, sweet or the ever popular fruity ciders.

  • Friday 24th July — 12 Noon to 10 PM
  • Saturday 25th July — 12 Noon to 10 PM
  • Sunday 26th July — 12 Noon to 4 PM

Admission & Tickets

  • £5 entry — includes a commemorative festival tankard, which is yours to keep
  • Tickets available at the door — cash or card accepted
  • Beer is served in half-pint measures only

Food & Drink

Bar snacks are available throughout the festival. The adjacent Whitby Mission Café offers homemade food including pies, sausage rolls, and cakes.

Family Friendly

Families with children are welcome. Soft drinks are available. A Challenge 21 ID policy is in effect for alcohol purchases.

For a Good Cause

All proceeds benefit the Whitby & District Lions Club and the local charities we support. Last year's festival raised an amazing £5,000.00.
